ABOUT SANCTIFLY MEMBERSHIP

  • Sanctifly is a US-based travel membership company focused on VIP airport lounge access and curated airport-specific digital content. Our service offers individual travelers flexible membership tiers that include points for booking lounge visits.

  • Yes. Membership is open to any individual. Download the app and sign up using Google or Apple authentication, or any email address you prefer. We don’t offer corporate-only plans.

  • Purchase a Liftoff membership via our website or app.
    Unlock airport‑specific digital content and reserve VIP lounges using the points included with your plan.
    Select the tier that fits your travel habits; higher tiers include more points.
    When you book a lounge, you’ll receive a unique access code in the app and by email—show this at the lounge to gain access.
    You can buy extra points at any time, and rates improve with higher‑tier plans.

  • For each member we only store the information you provide through Google or Apple sign‑in and the basic details required for bookings, such as the number of guests. We don’t collect any additional personal information beyond what’s needed to manage your membership and lounge bookings.

  • Yes. When you sign up for Liftoff, you accept our membership terms and conditions. You can review them at any time through the app or on our website.

  • Membership unlocks airport-specific digital content and the ability to book VIP lounges using points. Each tier — Liftoff ($25/year), Voyager ($50/year), Explorer ($97/year), Jetsetter ($220/year) and Trailblazer ($399/year) — provides a different annual points allowance (except Jetsetter, which doesn’t include points) that refreshes when your subscription renews. You can use your points to reserve lounge access and purchase additional points through the app if you need more. Higher tiers not only come with more points but also reduce the per-point price when buying extra.

  • Points are the currency you use in the Liftoff app to book VIP lounge visits. Most plans — Liftoff, Voyager, Explorer and Trailblazer — include a points allowance that is deposited into your account whenever your subscription renews. Jetsetter does not include points. You spend points to reserve lounges and you can top up your balance at any time through the app. If you cancel your membership, any remaining points expire 30 days after cancellation.

  • Additional points can be purchased directly in the Liftoff app from your profile. All plans allow you to buy more points whenever you need them, and the per‑point price decreases on higher‑tier plans. Purchased points are added to your account immediately and are non‑refundable. If you cancel your membership, any remaining points expire 30 days after cancellation.

  • Your points stay active as long as your membership remains active. If you cancel, any unused points will expire 30 days after the cancellation date.

  • The price per point depends on your membership tier. Higher‑tier plans offer lower point rates, and you can purchase extra points at any time through the Profile tab in the app.

  • Point requirements vary by lounge and are displayed in the app when you browse or book. Most lounges are in a similar range, and you can see each location’s point cost before booking.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Occasionally, our partner hotels or lounges may encounter unforeseen limitations on bookings. We kindly urge you to refrain from cancelling your memberships solely for this reason. Instead, consider utilizing your points by booking a spa session or accessing other available services to make the most of your membership benefits.

  • If you wish to cancel your membership, drop an email at hello@sanctifly.club from your registered email address with the subject line : Sanctifly Memebrship Cancellation Request

    Alternatively, if you have paid or started a subscription personally, then please go to My Account to change or cancel.

  • You have the right to cancel your membership within thirty (30) days for any reason. The cancellation period will expire after thirty (30) days from the day you registered to become a member on the App. To cancel these terms and your membership, please email your request to us at hello@sanctifly.club, with the subject: Cancel and Request refund. Your request will be handled within 2 working days.

  • You can cancel your annual membership at any time during the Annual Term. You will not be entitled to a refund of the Fee or any part of the Fee already paid. Any Points left in your account at the end of your membership will be forfeited.

  • If you choose to cancel your membership within thirty (30) days of registering on the App and request a refund, you are eligible for our "No Quibble 30-Day Money Back Guarantee." In this case, we will reimburse both the Fee and the value of any unused Points at the same rate at which you purchased them.

ACCESSING LOUNGES AND OTHERS

  • Some of our partners’ staff may not be as familiar with the Sanctifly process. In the unlikely event this occurs, here is what to do:

    Lounges: Please advise the lounge that our lounge partners are DragonPass, Plaza Premium and No1 Lounges.

    DragonPass: If your access code contains a “DP”, this means it is a DragonPass voucher. Please advise the lounge operator to drop the “DP” and enter the code into their system.

    If asked for a QR code, feel free to generate your own QR code with the access code provided. Also, make sure your name in your travel documents matches your booking.

    No1Lounges: If you are entering a No1 Lounge, you will need to register beforehand. You can do this in advance or at reception, it’s up to you however we do recommend booking in advance to guarantee a spot in the lounge. You can book in advance here https://no1lounges.com. Enter your access code in the ‘Promo code’ box when asked.

    Hotels: When making your hotel gym booking, we recommend you do so in advance of your trip. The Sanctifly team will be in touch with the hotel prior to your visit to ensure all goes smoothly. In the event of the hotel refusing entry, please contact Sanctifly who can confirm our named contact at the hotel. If the incident occurs outside of our operating hours and the hotel does not allow entry, please email ciara@sanctifly.club to escalate the issue.
