Our core mission and company philosophy are to create, develop and encourage better travel habits and therefore influence the lifestyle of our members and the community. Our collective goal is to utterly change the collective mindset of business travel. Change it to one that focuses on taking better care of ourselves when away from home. A goal that recognizes and embraces the opportunities and benefits of exercise, relaxation and mindfulness.
On this journey, we encourage all Sanctifly team members and contributors to openly participate in:
Sports and outdoor activity at least 3 times a week for one hour
Everyday do something that raises your heart rate for at least 20 minutes
Take your lunch break! Go for a walk and leave your phone behind.
Community volunteer. Give back to your community, particularly by encouraging movement in all age groups through sports, walks and energetic pursuits. Up to one extra holiday day a year can be taken for this purpose by each staff member, with more time encouraged based on submission.
At a group level we always:
Offset our carbon footprint when traveling by air. We use the airline option and direct options when not available. Last year we planted 4 trees in Wicklow, Ireland with Collite).
We are conscience to keep air and car travel to a necessary level, working virtually when possible.
Use public transport where possible.
Be environmentally responsible.
Recycle and reuse. Think sustainability. (e.g. No single use plastics in the office)
We are committed to a 100% carbon footprint offset by 2025
